Doctor Visit Card
As you may be aware in 2023 the government announced the expansion of free GP care to all children under the age of 8 and and to households earning below the new median income threshold.
Eligible current practice patients can now apply as follows:

If your child is aged 6 or 7, you can apply online for a Doctor Visit Card.

If your household earns below the median income (€47,000 per year after deductibles) you can apply online for a Doctor Visit Card.

About Grange Medical Practice
Grange Medical Practice is a GP surgery located in Grange, County Sligo. Our surgery is wheelchair accessible and there is a large car park to the rear of the building.
We offer all the usual medical services to medical card and private patients including antenatal and postnatal care, childhood vaccinations and regular check-ups. We also provide clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma and COPD.
Our aim at the Practice is to provide a complete package of family health and medical care to both public (medical card) and private patients and providing that care in a welcoming and professional manner.
